NORTH INDIA NEPAL TOUR

Day 1: Arrival DelhiArrive in Delhi and meet our representative will assist you in transfer to the hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of New Delhi covering India Gate, Bangla Sahib (Sikh Gurudwara) , Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar. Also drive past Parliament house, Presidential house and government buildings . Stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 2: Delhi SightseeingHave breakfast at the hotel and then leave for Old Delhi covering Raj Ghat, Red Fort and Jama Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3: Delhi – Jaipur After early morning breakfast in the hotel, proceed to Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan, India. Jaipur is famous by the name of Pink City is the capital city of Rajasthan. The sprinkling beauty, the edifices, historic havelis (Mansion) and stupendous grand forts of Jaipur attract the tourists. This is the only city in the world which has been divided from the point of view of astrology. Jaipur has been laid according to the conventional nine-grid pattern that astrologers believe to be lucky and which has been recommended in the ancient Indian treatise on architecture. Its nine rectangular sectors represent nine levels of universe. A boundary wall with eight gates surrounds the city.

On arrival in Jaipur, check in at the designated hotel, refresh a bit & proceed to visit Birla Temple (built in pure white marble and dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Laxmi) and Albert Hall (a museum that houses marvellous pieces of sculptures, paintings with a specialty of collections from natural history). Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4: Jaipur After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on Jaipur city tour. Take an excursion to Amber Fort (biggest fort of Rajasthan). Enjoy a ride on elephant which will take to the top of the hill- the entrance of the fort. Thereafter visit Jal Mahal, City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar and local market place. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5: Jaipur-Agra After early morning breakfast in the hotel, proceed to Agra in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Agra is Mughal Empire town famous for its beautiful Taj Mahal. En route visit the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri famous for Buland Darwaja. Continue your drive to Agra. On arrival in Agra, check in at the hotel, refresh & move to visit Agra Fort. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6: Agra SightseeingIn the very early morning, proceed to visit Taj Mahal when it looks most beautiful. Taj Mahal, the epitome of love, is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and made of milky white marble. The beauty of the Taj Mahal gives wonderful and glorious appearance at the full moon nights. The glittering beauty arises special attractions among the tourists.
After visiting Taj Mahal, return to hotel, freshen up, have breakfast and proceed to visit Tomb of It- Mad- ud Daula- popularly known as BABY TAJ and Sikandara. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
(Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays)

Day 07: Agra – Jhansi – Khajuraho After early morning breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Agra railway station to board train for Jhansi. On arrival at Jhansi, transfer to Khajuraho in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. Arrive at Khajuraho, check in at the hotel, relax a bit and then move for sightseeing. Here in Khajuraho, temples exhibit unique junction of art and beauty. Return to hotel for overnight stay. ( Near to Jhansi if time permits, visit Orchha as well)

Day 8: Khajuraho – Varanasi Have breakfast in the morning and move for Khajuraho airport to board flight for Varanasi. Arrive at Varanasi, assist you to transfer to the designated hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Proceed to visit splendid and magnanimous Sarnath and Ganges Worship Ceremony at the ghat of river Ganges.
VARANASI, also known as ‘Kashi’ or Benares, is situated on the holy banks of Ganga. This historic city is a centre for Indian education, religion, art and culture. The Pandas and Pujaris (priests), along with their umbrellas at the Ghats, are the centre of attractions for the tourists and pilgrims. Kashi is also called the cultural capital of India. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 9: Varanasi – Kathmandu Early in the morning and proceed for visiting panoramic view of ghats on boat ride. The Ghats (steps on river front) of Varanasi are magnificent. The tourists get internal peace here. Late afternoon, proceed to Varanasi airport to board flight for Kathmandu, Nepal. Arrive at Kathmandu airport. Our representative will meet you on arrival and give you transfer to the Kathmandu hotel. Relax, refresh and proceed for visiting Swayambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square. In the evening, enjoy optional traditional Nepalese Dance with Dinner (Optional ) at Nepali Chulo / Bancha Ghar. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 10: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing In the very early morning, proceed to visit Kathmandu valley sightseeing which includes Patan Durbar Square, enchanting mélange of Palace buildings, artistic courtyards and graceful pagoda temples, the former Royal Palace complex, 17th century temple dedicated to the Hindu god Krishna, Tibetan refugee camp, Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 11: Kathmandu-Delhi-Departure Have a relaxed breakfast at the hotel and proceed for Kathmandu to board flight for Delhi. Arrive at Delhi and stay in transit to board flight for your onward destination.
